All payments made using a card are processed through the Redirection method via the "Alpha e-Commerce" electronic payment platform of Alpha Bank and use TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL).
Encryption is a method of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who can decode it using the appropriate key. Please refer to the security policy applied by Doctor Print regarding the protection of your personal transactions and data.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you must be present when collecting your order from our store, carrying your credit card and identification document, as these may be requested.
ATTENTION:
For customers located in areas subject to Reduced VAT rates, it is recommended that payment for the order amount is made by bank deposit or cash on delivery, and not by credit card.

Bank Account Deposit
If you do not have a credit card or do not wish to use one, you can pay for your order by depositing the amount into a bank account. After completing your order, you will receive an email containing all the bank account details where you can deposit the payment amount. After making the deposit, please send us a copy of the bank payment receipt by fax at 2109216650. We will ship your order as soon as we receive the payment confirmation.

Payment Upon Delivery (Cash on Delivery)

In the case of transportation by a transport company, payment for the products can be made using all payment methods mentioned in the relevant section, EXCEPT Cash on Delivery.
