Within the Attica Metropolitan Area - Shipping Charges

Free transport and delivery for orders over €100. Excluded areas: the islands of Hydra, Poros, Spetses, Kythira, Antikythira and Salamina, which are considered as areas outside the Attica Metropolitan Area for shipping purposes. For orders under €100, the buyer is charged €2.50 shipping costs (including the legally applicable VAT of 24%). For additional weight, the charge is €1/kg.

Outside the Attica Metropolitan Area - Shipping Charges

For areas outside Attica, shipping costs are: €3.00 including 24% VAT for parcels up to 3 kg, and €1.30 including 24% VAT for each additional kilogram. (The weight of the shipped product is the weight declared by the manufacturer or the weight calculated according to the volumetric weight rule.)

Cash on Delivery:

For areas both within and outside the Attica Metropolitan Area, there is an additional charge of €2.00 including 24% VAT (payment to our representative upon delivery of your order). In the case of shipment through a transport company, this option is not available.

Saturday Delivery (for areas within and outside the Attica Metropolitan Area):

Provided that the order has been completed by Friday at 7:00 AM and you send an email requesting Saturday delivery, you will be informed by our representative about the availability of this service. The additional charge is €5.00. Product insurance during transport is available upon request and agreement, with the corresponding additional charge (please contact us for more information).

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. If the parcel exceeds 3 kg either in actual weight or volumetric weight, and the corresponding shipping charge is not calculated by the automatic shipping cost system, Doctor Print will immediately inform you of the exact shipping cost of your order (BEFORE shipment and BEFORE any credit card charge or bank deposit payment is processed).

2. For deliveries to Cyprus and destinations outside Greece, Doctor Print will inform you of the exact shipping costs. Shipments are carried out by courier. Payment methods for these shipments: Bank transfer or credit card ONLY.

3. For very heavy or bulky items, delivery may be carried out by a transport company throughout Greece, for the buyer’s benefit and following consultation with the relevant Doctor Print department. Indicative prices per parcel (medium dimensions and weight): approximately €9.00.

ATTENTION:

In the case of transportation by a transport company, payment for the products can be made using all payment methods mentioned in the relevant section, EXCEPT cash on delivery.

4. Quality and Safety: Doctor Print ships all orders sealed. If you receive your order in an open or damaged package, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

Delivery Time:

If the product you have selected is available in stock, we deliver it within 1 to 2 working days for all destinations, except islands and remote areas. (In rare cases where this is not possible, you will be informed by the relevant Doctor Print department.)

Deliveries:

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 18:00 (unless Saturday delivery is requested, according to the terms governing this service). For in-store pickup, and always provided that you have arranged your order with the sales department, Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00. Delivery time refers to working days, applies to orders placed by 15:00, and provided that the products are available. The delivery period starts from the moment the order is registered and may vary depending on circumstances. For island destinations, deliveries are completed within 1 to 3 working days. For remote or hard-to-reach areas (referring to transportation and delivery of shipments to areas outside the boundaries of major cities - see the relevant file), delivery may take up to 4 working days. (In any different case, you will be informed.) If any of the products in your order are out of stock or not immediately available, you will be informed by the relevant Doctor Print department about the delivery and shipping date, or about replacing the product with a similar available item. Doctor Print reserves the right to modify the terms, methods and costs of shipping without prior notice.

Product Returns:

You can return a product purchased from the Doctor Print online store in the following cases:

1. Different product from the one you ordered (non-defective item), meaning an incorrect order fulfillment by the Doctor Print online store. In the case of returning a non-defective item due to an error in order fulfillment by Doctor Print, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by Doctor Print. We will ensure that you receive the correct product(s) immediately. In case the item is unavailable, the amount paid will be credited to you, provided that the order has already been prepaid. In this case, we kindly ask you to return the incorrect product in the same condition in which you received it upon delivery. For returning the product in this case, please contact us no later than 48 hours after receipt, so that the collection can be arranged through our cooperating courier company. The credit/refund process will be completed after we receive the returned item.

2. You have not unsealed the product, but you have changed your mind regarding your final choice (non-defective item). Please inform us no later than 24 hours after receiving it in order to exercise this right, always in accordance with the return terms. In the case of returning a non-defective item due to a change of choice regarding the products ordered from Doctor Print, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the final customer. Upon returning the product, please contact us so that the corresponding amount can be credited to your account and you can select another available product from our store, allowing us to offset the value of the returned product against your new purchase. The credit process is completed after we receive the returned item. Please note that the returned product must be sent in the same packaging condition in which it was delivered to you and must not have been used, in order for the terms of this paragraph to apply. If there is a difference in price to be paid after your new selection, you must deposit the difference into the company’s bank account before the new product can be shipped. If you choose a replacement product of lower value than the returned item, you will need to continue your purchases until the full amount is used. It is important to emphasize that in this case of return, you must return the product from your incorrect selection in the same condition in which you received it upon delivery. For the return of the product in this case, please contact us so that we can arrange collection through our cooperating courier company, if you wish. Alternatively, you may always return it yourself to the company headquarters and service center (57 Kallirrois Street, 11743 Athens).

3. D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival) Procedure. A defective product within the first days of acquisition, according to the D.O.A. coverage policy of each manufacturer. Please contact us in order to receive further information. It is important to inform you that in case of an incorrect assessment by you regarding a product reported as DOA (while after our inspection the device is found to be operating normally), you will be charged at least the transportation costs of the product. Additional Technical Inspection charges may also arise from the manufacturer's service department (in this case, you will be informed by the relevant Doctor Print department).

4. Return to service due to defective operation of a product purchased from our store and within the warranty period, always according to the warranty duration provided by the manufacturer (defective item). In this case, the shipment and receipt of the product are the responsibility and expense of the final customer. Please note that the condition of the delivered device/product for inspection must comply with the warranty conditions of each manufacturer. You can obtain information either from the respective manufacturer’s website or from our company.

IMPORTANT

Necessary conditions for the product return procedure in the above cases:

A) Along with the product, proof of purchase or an invoice issued by our company must be provided.

B) The applicable return time limits for each case must be respected.

C) Returned products must not have been opened (and especially not used) from their original packaging.

D) In case of sending a product for service due to defective operation, regardless of whether you purchased it from our store and there is no warranty coverage (or warranty service is not requested by you), the shipment and receipt of the product are the responsibility and expense of the final customer. The product is received by the company’s Service Department (57 Kallirrois Street, 11743 Athens), following the inspection and repair procedures based on the charges applicable according to the company’s current Service price list.
